Self-Manifestation
Do you believe in manifestations, or are you okay with thinking what's going to happen will happen? Maybe you just haven't been introduced to self-manifestations.
Self-manifestation: focusing your thoughts on a desired outcome to bring it to reality
-- "Jenna, this doesn't make any sense."
-- Stick with me. It's a real thing.
This idea dates back to ancient spiritual teachings in the Hindu culture, where they focused on your mind, body, and the universe all being unified. In the past 5 years, social media has influenced "manifestations" on common sites like Tiktok and Pinterest. It's cool to think about how you want your life to be in the future! So, speak what you desire. Put it into the universe!
When I tell you I am a Pinterest wiz, it's no joke. Some people scroll through Facebook or watch TikTok, but I get on Pinterest. I'm sure you have seen or heard the manifestation:
"I'm so lucky everything works out for me."
Have things miraculously worked out for you leading up to where you are now? It all worked out in a way you would have never imagined. Part of manifesting is accepting realities.
Self-manifestation is about believing in yourself and wanting what's best. While I know there is already a plan for me by a much higher power than myself, affirmations turn into manifestations that your mind eventually starts to believe and act on.
Some manifestations that I like to speak into the universe that you may like to try:
"I know what I want, and I will get it."
"I am a really good driver."
"I've always been extremely lucky."
"I attract miracles."
"I deserve all good things."
"I don't chase; I attract. What belongs to me will simply find me."
"I am becoming a better version of myself."
"I light up every room I walk into."
"I am literally so powerful."
Now you try! What is a manifestation that you want yourself to believe?
Manifest it, babe!
With love, Jenna K.
